Dennis Csensits

Head Coach - Allentown Central Catholic

Dennis Csensits led Allentown Central Catholic HS Vikings Boys Basketball program to a 24-9 record in 22-23 season advancing to the PIAA State 4A Semi Finals.   The Vikings won the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference and District XI 4A Championship.


Dennis Csensits completed his eleventh season as the head basketball coach at Allentown Central Catholic High School. In those 11 seasons, he has
led the Vikings to a 226-80 (74%) record including a State Championship 21, LVC, EPC and Six District XI Championships. He was named the 2020-21 PIAA 4A Coach of the Year. Prior to coaching at ACCHS, Csensits was the Head Coach at Dickinson College from 2002-2009. In addition, he served as a Division I College assistant from 1994-2002 at the U.S. Naval Academy, The Citadel and Colgate University.


As an athlete, Dennis played at DeSales University (1986-90), serving as team captain of the 1989-90 team that set the school record with 19 victories (since broken). Csensits played high school basketball for the legendary Coach John Donmoyer at Allen High School and was a part of the 1985 East Penn Conference Championship Team.
