This award is presented to a PABCA male and female basketball player who have overcome significant personal challenges or adversities in their lives or careers with courage, determination, and an unrelenting spirit. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have found ways to positively influence and lead others within their team, school, or community despite their personal circumstances.
The reason why we partnered with PGC for this award is simple. Their mission "to inspire and equip coaches and players to experience a rewarding and fulfilling career in the game" really resonated with our values. Their intense, no-nonsense basketball camps are truly second to none. To nominate, please fill out the attached form and email it to PGC Basketball, partner@pgcbasketball.com by the nomination deadline, April 2nd. Then a committee of PABCA and PGC Basketball members will select the winners.
